Refund policy
Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through Afralia™.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
• A return request has been approved in accordance with our Return Policy
• The returned item has been received and inspected
• The item meets all return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.)
⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for items that do not comply with our Return Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Order Cancellation (After Processing)
Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled.
Order Cancellation (After Shipment)
If the order has already been shipped:
• Cancellation is not possible
• The order must follow the Return Policy after delivery
⚠️ Refused deliveries will be treated as a return, and any applicable:
• Return shipping costs
• Customs duties or handling fees
may be deducted from the refund
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we require:
📸 Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
🎥 A short video showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• Replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected:
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
⚠️ Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Fees & Deductions
The following may be deducted from your refund where applicable:
• Original shipping costs (if any)
• Return shipping costs (if not covered under our Return Policy)
• Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees
• Any costs incurred due to refused delivery
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not issued for:
• Items that do not meet return conditions
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:
• The refund process will be immediately suspended
• The case will be handled through the payment provider
• We reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence, including order confirmation, tracking, and communication history
