At Afralia, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To initiate a return, you must contact us and receive Return Authorization before sending any item back.
✅ Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Condition of Items
• Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled
• No signs of wear, damage, scratches, stains, odors, or modifications
• Items that require assembly must be returned unassembled
Packaging
• Must include original packaging, inserts, accessories, and all components
• Incomplete returns may be refused or subject to fees
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Special project / trade orders (once processed)
• Gift cards
• Clearance items ending in $0.50
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item:
• Please place a new order
• Initiate a return for the original item (if eligible)
📦 Return Shipping & Costs
Standard Returns (Non-defective items)
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• This includes international shipping, duties, taxes, and carrier fees
• Original shipping costs (including free or promotional shipping) are non-refundable
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your item is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
We will provide a free return label after verification.
To qualify:
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide 2–3 clear photos and, if requested, a short video
🚫 Refused / Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is:
• Refused
• Unclaimed
• Returned due to incorrect address
• Returned due to unpaid customs duties
The customer will be responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Customs fees
• Handling charges
These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
💼 Trade & Project Orders
Orders placed for:
• Commercial use
• Interior design projects
• Bulk or trade purchasing
May be subject to additional conditions and may not be eligible for return once processing has begun.
🧾 Restocking Fee
Afralia reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% for returned items that require inspection, repackaging, or handling.
🔍 Inspection & Refund Process
• Returns are inspected within 72 hours of arrival
• If approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
🎨 Product Variations
• Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings
• Natural materials (stone, wood, etc.) may vary in tone, texture, and grain
These are not considered defects.
📏 Measurement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions before purchase.
Returns based on size preference may:
• Be accepted under standard return conditions
• Be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees
🚚 Shipping Time Disclaimer
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
• Customs processing
• Carrier issues
• External logistics factors
These delays do not qualify as defects or grounds for free returns.

To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Return Authorization and instructions
⚠️ Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
📍 Return Address
Important: Returns are handled through our designated international return facility, not our U.S. address. The correct return address will be provided upon approval. Please note that, depending on the fulfillment origin, return shipping may be international and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
