30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any item purchased from Afralia. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return process as easy as possible.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following conditions:
Condition of Items
- New and Unused: Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, odors, scratches, stains, drilling, or modifications. We cannot accept items that have been used or show signs of wear.
- Assembly: If your product requires assembly, it must be returned unassembled. Please ensure that all parts and components are included.
Packaging
- Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, product inserts, components, and accessories. This is essential for ensuring the item can be resold and maintaining quality control.
Exclusions
- Final Sale Items: Clearance/sale items ending in $0.50 are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returnable Items: Items ending in $0.95 are eligible for return.
- Special Items: Gift cards and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Route protection, added shipping fees, and/or upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable.
Note: Afralia reserves the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees for items that do not meet the above conditions.
Inspection and Refunds
- Inspection: All returned merchandise will be inspected within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse. We carefully assess each item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund Processing: If the returned items are in new condition, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and fees. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Free Return Label: If the item is damaged, broken, defective, or not as described, Afralia will provide a free return shipping label upon verification. To receive this label, customers must submit 2-3 clear pictures and, in some cases, a short video showing the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
- Reporting Issues: Please report any issues with your product within 48 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
- Proof of Damage: For damaged or incorrect items, we require 2-3 photos of the damage and the packaging. In some cases, a short video may be requested to help us assess the issue.
Color & Variation Note
Please be aware that due to monitor variations, colors may differ slightly from what is displayed on screens. Additionally, natural materials may have variations in color, texture, and grain, which are considered normal and are not defects.
Measurement Note
To avoid sizing issues, please ensure proper measurements before placing an order. Product dimensions are provided on each product page. Orders canceled or refused due to sizing issues may incur restocking fees.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please fill out the Return Form on our website. You must receive a Return Authorization and follow the provided instructions for your return to be accepted. Failure to do so may result in delays or refusal of the return.

- Inspection: Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the items within 72 hours.
